Michael Haag, founder and principal attorney, serves in a general counsel capacity for clients ranging from entrepreneurs to established companies (including a significant practice in representing 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations, faith based ministry, and church clients.)

Mr. Haag represents business clients in all areas of business law from formation, to drafting contracts, Buy-Sell Agreements, Leases, etc., mergers and acquisitions, all the way to dissolution.

In the area of Tax Law, Mr. Haag brings a wealth of experience to his clients. His extensive tax background includes working in the legal division of the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and several years as a Tax Associate for Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Haag handles a wide range of matters including audit defense, entity planning and formation, multistate taxation issues, property tax issues, and administrative appeals and litigation.
